Itinerary
THURSDAY
​
Thursday is intended to be the day people can arrive, settle in, and get to know the other guests. It will be laid back, with a casual cookout dinner at Turin in the evening. This will be a great time to exchange phone numbers, make a group chat, and figure out what everyone wants to do together (or individually) on Friday.

o Guests may arrive at ANY time throughout this day
o Upon arrival, feel free to unpack, settle in, and explore the grounds!
o Casual cookout dinner in the evening, for all the guests who have arrived
o Exchange phone numbers, make group chats, make new friends!
o Figure out what everyone wants to do on Friday since it’s a free day, and coordinate with each other
o Optional activities for after dinner include hot chocolate bar, games, jam session, movie marathon, etc.
o Go to bed (optional)
FRIDAY
Friday is currently a free day, but this may change as I coordinate with each guest, depending on if everyone is coming early or staying late, or if everyone makes similar plans. Here are some options for what you could do! Feel free to ask about or suggest other options!
Please note that the kitchens will be stocked at all the castle accommodations, but there will not be a cooked lunch or dinner provided there on Friday. Transportation can be arranged if enough people want to go to Edinburgh or Dundee or wherever.

o You're more than welcome to stay at the castles, sleep in, hang out, and enjoy the grounds and amenities

o Go to the Christmas markets! There will be one at Glamis, but also in basically every nearby town. Edinburgh's will be quite large
o Private hike with Bryan Millar Walker

Bryan will be reserved for two guided hikes. He will be available to take a group on Friday if anyone wants to go. He specializes in guided tours and hikes, as well as photography.
o Going to Edinburgh for the night

If enough people are interested, we can go to Edinburgh for the evening and do a pub crawl/ whiskey tasting/ go out dancing
SATURDAY

Saturday is the big event day! We'll have Highland games in the morning and a small gala in the evening. All events will be at Turin.

o Mid-Morning until early afternoon: highland games and activities with Primal Adventures
o Light lunch
o Evening: Fancy dinner and dancing

Dress code is as fancy as you like, up to Black Tie. Kilt rental is available

​
Sunday is for a final brunch and departures by 11am! It is also Lindsay's actual birthday.
